You may exchange any DEFECTIVE item purchased from Adult Toy Oasis for a replacement(same) item within 30 days. For sanitary and health reasons we do not allow exchanges on Non-Defective items, whether the items are opened or not. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If an defective item is returned, we throw it away, we never resell a returned item regardless of if it was used or not because we do not want to risk re-selling any items that may have been used.
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 30 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product.
If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return.
When making a return for a defective item, you should contact us via email before you return the item and be sure to include as much information about the original order as possible. Copies of the original packing slip/receipt are required and will ensure proper credit is given. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
Unwanted items cannot be refunded.

Note: Please include all original packaging with the defective item being returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items. A restocking fee may apply.
